More Information About The Caller
PhoneMondo shows data from your CRM, online shop, Outlook or other system for the caller. If no contact was found, it’ll look up the callerID in online phone number directories to show the name and location of the caller

Supported Phone Systems/PBX
PhoneMondo needs a connection to your phone system/PBX to get notified when the phone rings and to be able to start calls on your phones. PhoneMondo supports different phone systems:

Connects PhoneMondo to your Placetel account. Contacts and call history will be imported from your Placetel and live notifications will be shown in PhoneMondo.
You will be able to start calls on your Placetel phones via PhoneMondo.
Connects your STARFACE PBX with PhoneMondo. Imports previous calls and directly process calls with PhoneMondo.
The STARFACE module will enable reverse lookup of callerIDs in your STARFACE PBX. For all incoming calls with unknown caller, the name will be looked up in PhoneMondo and then shown with the call.
